Instead of the whiskey makers calling the shots this time around, we left it to the Brothers Osborne to describe their new, limited edition PiggyBack 100% Rye Single Barrel Whiskey. What they came up with is “dangerously good.”
Whether it’s music or whiskey, it’s always a dynamic ride (or should we say ryed). When you listen to music, you don’t want just one note or one sound - you want and crave multiple for that perfectly balanced song. The same applies to whiskey. You want the perfect melody of balanced flavors in each sip from start to finish.
There’s a term in music called hyping, where you accentuate certain sounds and frequencies. We’re doing the same with this single barrel Rye Whiskey by hyping up the 100% Rye Whiskey base with added flavors directly from the high toast barrel heads.
