Refund policy

All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, a refund may be issued at our discretion, and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in special circumstances and are granted at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
