This truly estate-grown whiskey starts as a seed on our 5th generation farm in DeKalb, IL. We plant, harvest, mash, ferment, distilled, and age onsite utilizing only the best estate-grown ingredients and limestone-filtered water. After aging for at least 4 years, the award-winning whiskey gets introduced to a finishing cask that adds unique flavors and complexities to each bottling.
