Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a French Rivesaltes wine barrel. The Rivesaltes barrel provides notes of dried fruits, nuts, and chocolate to complement the Carl T. Blend.
