Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American oak, this bourbon is finished in a Red Wine barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This finish provides rich red and dark fruit aromas to complement the characteristic flavors of our Carl T. blend.
