Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American oak, this blend is finished in an Apricot Brandy barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This finish provides notes of stone fruit, vanilla, and baking spices to complement the characteristic flavors of our Carl T. Blend.
