This clear blanco tequila is made in small 500 liter batches. We only produce tequila using agaves from the highlands for their sugar content and superior quality. Each of these agaves are hand selected and hand harvested. Our agaves are under cooked so that we lose sugar, but gain more agave flavor. Twice distilled in copper pot stills. This is made from 100% agaves, no additives are used. Wild agave aromas, floral aromas, tingling, long spice with a honey fig finish.
