Apel is another unique collaboration between PostModern Spirit and Gypsy Cider Circus Co. After distilling and aging our apple brandy, we used that barrel to finish our straight malt whiskey. Notes of crisp apple and brown sugar from the apple brandy barrel pair perfectly with the smoky notes that come from our straight malt whiskey.

Knoxville’s PostModern Distilling specializes in spirits for the modern drinker. PortModern Distilling was founded on a vision to extend the craft beverage culture with both traditional artisan spirits and from the heritage, produce historically rooted spirits for today’s spirits enthusiasts.
