Our pristine seed stock came from a caring farmer in Adams County. The resulting Bourbon is replete with unique fruit-tones aromas and rich, rounded textures that meld beautifully with our high-rye recipe - fascinating addition to New Riff’s ongoing exploration of regional heirloom grains.
