Our Bloody Butcher Sour Mash Bourbon is an ode to Pennsylvania’s agricultural heritage. We combine corn, sourced from Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA. with malted rye and barley from Deer Creek Malt House in Glenns Mill. Our secret ingredient? Sourdough starter from Philadelphia’s High Street Café. This unique blend of corn, rye, barley, and sourdough results in a flavor-rich, balanced batch of bourbon with notes of milk chocolate, butter, leather, and stone fruit on the palate, and a dry spice on the finish. Enjoy neat or in a number of classic cocktails.
