For this limited-edition expression, Mars finishes its core blended whisky, Iwai Tradition, in ex-Pinot Noir and Cabernet casks from the Mars Winery in Yamanashi. Exhibiting flavors of pomegranate molasses, rosemary stems, white peppercorn, and a lingering hint of cola spice, this expression retains the peppered backbone of the original Iwai Tradition while replacing its lightly floral notes with delicate baking spice. 40% ABV
