Mars Shinshu’s popular Iwai Tradition release finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks sourced from an undisclosed yet very famous winery located in Napa Valley, California. This annual wine cask finished release is the only to use American wine casks which imparts a deeper ruby hue and sweetness to the whisky when compared both to its Japanese and French wine cask finish counterparts.
