Distilled using the sour mash method and double distilled to ensure maximum flavor and character, this bourbon was first distilled on August 15, 2015, and has been carefully aged in a 53-gallon char 3 American white oak barrelĀ a secondary finish in a 225L Ruby Port Cask.
This bourbon is non chill-filtered, allowing it to retain all of its natural flavors and aromas. Made with corn, centennial wheat, SLV Rye, Scarlet Barley, water, yeast, American white oak, Ruby Port barrel, and time, this bourbon is a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication of the distillers at LAWS Whiskey House.
