Dirty Jobs was a tribute to my grandad, Carl Knobel, and so too, is this extraordinary Tennessee straight rye whiskey, aged no less than two years. It’s named in his honor, and dedicated to all the other hardworking men and women who do the kind of jobs that make civilized life possible for the rest of us.
