Versatile and nuanced, this Single Malt Whiskey has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished for 12-18 months in selected Bodegas Garvey Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso and PX sherry casks from Casknolia in Montilla, southern Spain. The resulting liquid is perfect for mixing in cocktails and drinking neat, with a flavor profile that has not been seen before in Irish Single Malt Whiskey. The proof is in the drinking.
