Hand-crafted on a tropical hillside surrounded by fruit trees and rose bushes in the village of Santa Maria Albarradas. Agave: Wild Tepextate. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills.

Nose of banana taffy and spun sugar. Palate of passionfruit, marzipan and dark green herbs. Finishes with hints of cinnamon and honeysuckle. 45% ABV.
