Julian discovered this cocktail while living in Dublin, Ireland for 18 months between 2018 – 2019. The cocktail is made with fresh basil, elderflower liqueur, lime, a hint of agave nectar, and topped with a fresh basil leaf.What you will find in this small batch craft gin are refreshing floral and citrus notes, an herbaceous bouquet of basil on the nose, and a uniquely fresh, fruity, and floral finish of elderflower on the palate. This gin can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or mixed into your favorite gin cocktail.
