The Panther is one of the most feared and powerful predators in the world, hunting in the dark of night. Buffalo Chip Spirits embraces the same predatory instincts when hunting exceptional bourbon. Panther Distillery, in Osakis, Minnesota, is the oldest craft distillery in the state, and has roots all the way back to prohibition.
With temperatures as low as -60 degrees F, they utilize Cold Aging. The intense cold slows down extraction and oxidation. This brings our the vanillin from the oak providing an intense depth of flavor to the Wheated bourbon with hints of toasted pecan.
