PASSION FRUIT BITTERS

These bitters are fresh, bright and floral and the perfect accent for tropical drinks. We hand make these bitters using fresh passion fruit and our own select blend of herbs, spices and citrus peel. We love the combination of our Passion Fruit Bitters and fine rum in anything from a Passion Old Fashioned, to long list of tiki favorites. These bitters are also fun with gin, vodka and agave spirits.

We try to make these once or twice a year if we can get our hands on enough fresh passion fruit. If you find some, buy them because they are always in short supply.
