For this limited-edition single malt whiskey, we sourced 100% malted barley and cut the whiskey to proof with pure Rocky Mountain spring water. The resulting spirit is true Colorado whiskey. A testament both to our ambitions and to its origin.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Tarragon, lemon fresca, banana bread, vanilla wafer
Palate: White peach juice, peach cobbler, orange creamsicle
Finish: Round & fluffy like marshmallow, before a late linger of red wine dryness re-primes the palate superbly
