Sipsmith Sloe Gin starts with Sipsmith's excellent London Dry Gin, which is then rested with wild sloe berries harvested in autumn. The smooth gin becomes infused with handmade, subtle sloe gin flavor that adds complexity and depth. The nose of this spirit is redcurrant, ripe winter fruit, and almond. On the palate you'll taste sloe and cassis, with hints of cherry and a round general fruity character. A velvety mouthfeel balances the sweetness in the finish.
