Lonely Oak Distillery was born out of a dream and a promise. A dream to make small batch craft spirits using grains grown right here in Western Iowa, on the Hoffman Family Farm. It’s on this generous land that we planted the seeds, harvested the grains, and perfected the recipe for the heartland’s finest spirits. Thar’s our dream. Our promise: You will taste the difference.
