Siete Leguas

Siete Leguas is one of the most respected names in traditional tequila — a family-owned house in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, making 100% agave tequila since 1952 and named after Pancho Villa's legendary horse. Its old-school process — brick ovens, tahona and roller mills, open-tank fermentation with the agave fiber left in — made it a purist benchmark, and it was the original distillery behind Patrón before that brand built its own.
