“The Bee’s Knees II”

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been double baked, toasted, and honey-finished. We started with a 50/50 blend of 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company and 5-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Green River Distillery. After blending, we added the bourbon back into 4 of Atlanta’s Own Honey Next Door Honey Barrels - 1 Medium Toast Barrel and 3 Kentucky Straight Heavy Char Bourbon Barrels. After aging for at least 60 days, we re-blended the barrels and bottled this release at barrel-proof.
