Our small batch signature rye blend ages in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. This carefully crafted blend is then transferred into a White Port barrel for an additional 3-8 months. The White Port barrel provides notes of honey, apple, and vanilla to complement the rich orange peel and rye of the blend.
