On the nose, dried peach with pear compote, hard caramel and cinnamon candies, and chocolate toffee bar. On the palate, peach cobbler and pear candy lead the way with a river of caramel and vanilla underneath, as spice takes a backseat. The mouthfeel is rich and chewy. The finish is very pleasant with spice fading into a long-lasting sweetness consisting of vanilla, caramel, peach, and sugary sweet cinnamon candies. A richly layered and perfectly matured Bourbon.
