Tanglin Orchid Gin

This is a smooth and modern, the pine of the Juniper is unmistakably there, the herbaceous flavour notes come from classic gin botanicals but the twist comes from Indian Amchoor a powdered form of green unripe mango, that adds an extra citrus note and our not so secret ingredient is in the name, Vanilla Planifolia Orchid.

Handcrafted in Singapore with Real Vanilla! Singapore’s First Gin has been designed to reflect the cultures and cuisines of its home country. The usual suspects appear old-world botanicals like Coriander Seed and Licorice. We then introduce Asian ingredients like Amchoor, rich botanicals like Java Pepper, and Vanilla Planifolia. A gentle citrus nose followed by an herbal and spice note. Smooth and creamy, when held over the tongue an earthy herbal flavor appears with slight sweetness. Long and smooth finish with a slight peppery warmth that lingers on the palette.
