Our Barrel Proof Bourbon is crafted from Iowa corn, aged in char #3 barrels, and non-chill filtered. These barrels are aged in non-climate-controlled rickhouses, where our Midwest weather exposes them to temperature swings of over 100 degrees each year - resulting in a unique flavor profile that can’t be achieved in other climates.
Made from: 74% Iowa Corn, 14% Rye, 12% 2-Row-Malted-Barley
A blend of barrels aged 3-4 years.
