Western Reserve Bourbon Finished in Sherry Casks

Introducing our first bourbon with a secondary finish. For our first launch, we chose Oloroso Sherry Casks to bring you a smooth whiskey with a rich, golden honey color.

Western Reserve Distillers Sherry Finished Bourbon has a mouthfeel that begins rather dry but gradually sweetens with flavors matching the nose and finishes with sherry notes of dried stone fruit.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: dried orange peel, allspice/clove, fig jam

PALATE: medium body, silky smooth texture, medium finish that warms the back of the throat

FINISH: dry transforms to sweet, dried fruit like apricot and stone fruits, sherry at the end
