Jeju Wit Ale: Tasting Summary

Jeju Wit Ale was the first beer from Jeju Beer Company, brewed on Jeju Island, the Korean island best known for its tangerines. This 6-pack of 330ml bottles delivers a refreshing wheat ale with bright notes of Jeju tangerine peel, a subtle floral aroma and a smooth citrus zest that spreads across the palate before a crisp finish. At 5.3% ABV it is light enough for a long evening yet flavorful enough to stand up to food. Serve Jeju Wit Ale chilled, pour it into a glass to open up the citrus aroma, and pair it with Korean barbecue, spicy stews, fried chicken or grilled fish. The bottled six-pack is a convenient way to sample this Korean craft wheat ale before stepping up to a full case.
