291 E Colorado Bourbon Whiskey Batch 12 is a marriage of barrels from two different wheated bourbon mash bills. One mash bill was created by 291 founder Michael Myers and the other created by head distiller Eric Jett.
Batch 12 is a four-grain wheated bourbon, representing the first wheated bourbon experiment since the release of 291 Founding Distiller Michael Myers’ Bad Guy Bourbon in 2013.
With notes of Cinnamon graham cracker, Big League Chew bubble gum, hibiscus, sweet tarts and hot tamales candies, tangerine and toasted marshmallow, we are excited to release E Batch 12 as a nod Summer.
