Reviving Tradition: Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition
This release of Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition was distilled from the barley harvests of 2011, 2012, and 2013, using the publican barley variety. The whisky was then matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years.
Since its inception, the 100% Islay range has been at the heart of Kilchoman Distillery. As Islay's only Single Farm Single Malt, it embodies the revival of traditional farm distilling practices. From growing their own barley to malting, distilling, maturing, and bottling, every step of the process takes place on site, ensuring a truly authentic and unique whisky experience.
