The mashbill includes 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, which provides a delicate balance of sweetness and spice, with rich notes of caramel, oak, and vanilla. This particular release was aged in the Heaven Hill Rickhouses on the 5th and 6th floors, allowing it to develop deep and layered flavors over nearly two decades.
Aged to perfection and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, this 750mL whiskey is not only a testament to Heaven Hill’s storied history but also a celebration of the mastery behind Kentucky straight wheat whiskey.
