Great Product Horrible Customer Service

So this product is fantastic and when I ordered it shipped fairly quickly. I placed a separate order a few days later prior to receiving this order. I was charged for it but it has not shipped yet. Order was placed 23 Jan 2024 it is 05 Feb 2024 today. I sent an email a week ago and no reply. I literally just called the phone number on the website and it just goes to a voice mail box that hasn’t been set up then hangs up on you.
