To create this product, we finished our award-winning Riverset Rye in American oak barrels used previously to produce a locally sourced, barrel-aged honey. The result is a resounding union of flavors that gives an entirely new meaning to the term “honey barrel.” The raw honey teases an inherent sweetness out of our rye whiskey without overpowering Riverset’s rich spice notes, creating a remarkably balanced and sophisticated finish.
