Leaky bottle, slow reponse from emails. Still waiting for a resloution.

I received a collector bottle of Dead-pool Av. Gin and when it arrived the box reeked of gin.
When I opened the box the bottle had leaked damaged the label. So I contacted the company and they offered me a $15 refund, but I did not order a $15 dollar discounted leaky bottle.
I requested a solution that provided me with what I ordered and did not get a response.
