Old Rickhouse is our small-batch signature rye blend. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred oak barrels, this Old Rickhouse batch was transferred into a toasted French Oka barrel to age for an additional 3-8 months. This process provides toasted oak notes, enhanced citrus sweetness, and pronounced rye spice.
