Starlight Distillery’s straight bourbon whiskey is made by sweet mash fermentations which are then distilled in our traditional copper pot stills. Aging occurs in a variety of new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. This small batch blend uses one of our heirloom corns, bloody butcher, to showcase the unique qualities of each one of our corn varieties. At cask strength, this blend offers notes of dark cherry and caramel to complement the rich complexity of the bloody butcher corn.
