We aged our 4-year-old Straight Rye Whiskey for an additional 12 months in Laird & Company Apple Brandy barrels, with the mulling spices inherent to rye partnering perfectly with the bright fruit tones of these brandy barrels, Laird & Company is the oldest licensed distillery in the United States and is known for their apple spirits, made with apples picked at peak ripeness and aged in charred oak barrels.
