A selection of wines are being aged outdoors in oak casks exposed to the natural elements. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices sourced from all over the world are used to gently infuse the wines. Herbs and spices are added to the wines by hand and are stirred by hand every day for three weeks. Noilly Prat Extra Dry is ideal to make a Classic Dry Martini Cocktail.
