Mark West Pinot Noir is one of California's most widely recognized Pinot Noirs. Medium-bodied with black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins. The soft finish is silky smooth and gentle. Pairs well with pastas with light tomato-based sauces, burgers, grilled salmon or roasted pork tenderloin.
