A 1997 Invergordon single grain whisky from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 24 years before being bottled in November 2021 as part of its Sovereign series.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Aromas of toffee, vanilla and blackberries fill the nose.

Palate: Notes of apple, blackcurrants and chocolate-covered raisins throughout the palate.

Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
