Indri Single Malt is made from the classic 6 row Indian Barley grown in Rajasthan for hundreds of years. It is manually harvested and hand-selected for malting. The malted barley is then mashed and fermented before being distilled in traditional onion head pot still. The whisky is a marriage of liquids from three different types of casks.
